Being a Threat
You have been working on this program for several weeks, and I bet that you can tell the difference in your fitness and perhaps your weight. Some others in your life may feel threatened by your success. I have had a friend tell me we couldn't be friends anymore if I lost weight while she didn't. I know of a couple where the husband was very insecure when his wife lost weight -he feared losing her. Don't let the fear and jealousy of others sink your fitness and weight loss plans. Reassure these people that you care for them, but that you need to do what is healthy for yourself also. You only have one life - live it in good health.
